秋の果物の1つ、柿。秋の味覚をひと味違った食べ方で楽しむことができ、調理も簡単なのが山形の郷土料理「柿ともって菊の白酢あえ」。食育活動に取り組む山形市内の団体「はなみずきの会」の代表を務める鈴木淳子さん（57）＝同市落合町＝に作り方を教えてもらった。
